I only have one label for two packages, how can I fix this?

To generate multiple labels, please add information for each parcel when confirming the shipping option. 

If you have made a mistake, can revert the current order status so you can correct the details. Please fill in this form and select the topic "Order preparation issue".

Please note: You will have to re-enter all information again to create new shipping labels with amended details. You will also need to rebook a pick-up slot as your original slot will automatically be cancelled.
