How to make changes to an order:
- Retailer would like to add an item: It is currently not possible to amend orders to add items; you must cancel the order and the retailer must place it again with amendments in place. Depending on the status of the order, you may cancel the order yourself or you may reach out to support team by filling in this form, under the heading "Order preparation issue".
- Removing items from an order: If a brand has not yet validated an order, the brand may amend the order to remove or decrease item quantities. If the order has already been validated, please reach out to our support team by filling in this form, selecting "Edit my order" and including the relevant order number.
Please inform the retailer in advance of any changes you make to the order.
