There is a mistake with the commission of a historical client, how to proceed ?

Please be aware that our commission policy has changed since the beginning of July, and that we no longer accept to modify commissions on pending orders. Therefore, in order to benefit from 0% commission, we invite you to import all your historical customers and prospects in your MyNetwork tool before any order.
As a reminder, when you import and invite prospects, they benefit from a 100€ discount on their first order thanks to your LIFT code.
